A listed Rs. 2500 cr. consumer products company with a 2000 strong sales team and a pan-India presence wanted to provide an automated induction platform to the new inductees to their sales team.
The project was complex due to its scale and demanding delivery timelines. Course Design and Technology Customization were the two key pillars of this project.
