Sathish is a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from University of Madras (1991) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Times School of Marketing, New Delhi (1995). He has also participated in Global Leadership, Brand Management and Strategic Marketing Programs in London Business School, INSEAD–Paris & Indian School of Business (ISB).

During a career spanning  over 27 years, Sathish has worked in India & Overseas in Sales & Marketing Operations, Sales Consulting & Business Transformation, Customer Experience & General Management  in diverse industries (IT, Telecom, Financial Services, Consumer Appliances & Engineering) with leading Indian Organizations and Multinationals. He has handled various CXO roles in the last decade.

He has contributed in areas of Sales & Distribution, Marketing, General Management and Leadership roles in companies such as Bharti Airtel, Africa  ( Director- Sales & Distribution and Mass Markets, Africa), Telenor ( Senior Vice President, Business Head ), Vodafone ( General Manager – Sales & Marketing ), WIN Information Technology (Executive Vice President – Global Operations), Marketing Services and Product Head  ( BPL Mobile, Megasoft  & Tata), Sales, Marketing and Product Management roles in Karvy Consultants & Jardine Fleming and Blue Star Ltd in Engineering and Consumer Appliances Division.
