Move from getting business goals met through a “I direct and drive everything personally” mode to getting his Sales & Product management teams to plan, execute and deliver results in a sustainable manner.

Reflect about the potential outcomes of his current beliefs and replace the same with alternate, empowering beliefs. Identify appropriate behaviours and act on them.

A purpose and team values exercise with the top 12 members of the team was conducted and followed by regular reflection and reviews of behaviour vis-a-vis the team values. Coaching sessions to reinforce the leader’s new behaviours and his relationship with the team cemented the change.

Development of team capability, growth along with accountability for results.

Substantial freeing up of time for the Business Head which allowed him to focus on improving collaboration with and between backend support functions.
