Agreement signed with Emami Agrotech Ltd. for creating and institutionalizing “Spurthi”, an internal Sales Academy. The engagement includes training needs analysis, program design, content development, training of internal trainers, in session coaching, on-job integration of learnings and certification.
Tied up with L’Oreal India for the design and execution of “Learn To Lead”, an initiative involving training & coaching capability building among their sales managers and executives.
Designed a 2 phase training engagement for frontline sales team of Perfetti Van Melle India on Data Analysis and Team Management. Both phases included on-job assignments to ensure learning deployment.
Partnered with Bridgestone India to map the required competencies and assess the current competencies of their sales team at all levels and recommend developmental inputs.
