We have successfully designed and executed large assignments spanning sales and distribution teams across India. These assignments relate to ‘Go to Market’ design/ planning & execution, productivity enhancement, channel design and management, sales team assessment, sales process management, accelerated induction programs and outcome linked training.
We have also designed and executed composite, long duration assignments such as co-creating Sales Academies for our clients. More recent services include competency assessments/ training needs development and executive coaching.

We evaluated lot of training partners including few big names for our Train-The-Trainer for front line sales force. However, everyone was offering the standard run-of-the-mill product without understanding our processes and challenges. However, boutique training firm Front Edge took a different approach.
