Ramesh is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with a background spanning various industries and roles. He holds a degree in Engineering from NIT-Karnataka and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Management from IMI India.

Throughout his career, Ramesh has held significant positions in companies such as Adecco India, TAFE Ltd, Marico Ltd, and International Tractors Ltd.

In 2012, Ramesh co-founded FrontEdge Human Capital Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore, where he serves as Director. At FrontEdge, Ramesh and his team specialize in executive coaching, business consulting and designing executing Learning & Development programs for leading corporates across diverse sectors.

FrontEdge offers Business Consulting services specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Their consulting solutions cover areas such as business strategy, sales & marketing, organization development, and change management initiatives, aimed at assisting SMEs in scaling up their businesses effectively

Over the past four years, Ramesh has transitioned into coaching mid-career professionals, particularly those in the age range of 40-45, who are either current CXOs or aspiring to become one. His coaching services focus on helping these senior professionals reflect on and overcome their professional and personal challenges at this critical stage of their careers.
