The front line sales team members of a leading company in the confectionery industry were confronted with having to make the movement from “managing self” to “managing others thru’ technology”
Context mapping revealed that the two most important gaps were in “Data Analysis” and “Team Management”. Two programs including client specific case studies were designed and deployed. Each program was followed by participants executing a pre-determined field assignment with measurable goals.
Field assignments were executed and reviewed in a subsequent session.
