A large food services company with presence in major metros of South and West India catered to more than 50,000 employees working with 50 MNCs and large Indian companies and institutions. Measurable goals in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and employee retention were drawn up for the customer specific teams. Monthly workshops on financial results and improvement areas as well as quarterly performance appraisals were introduced.
Client wise bottom line increased by 20%, organization wide collaboration to meet goals was in evidence, growth of many managers and executives. The Company was acquired by a European food services company.
