Induction thru’ E-Learning

A Rs. 3000 cr consumer products company with a 2000 strong sales team suffered from high attrition in part due to lack of proper induction on joining.

The key insight was that attrition was directly linked to lack of proper induction on joining leading to lack of success and hence motivation. A nine-hour long E Learning module was developed to enable a decentralized induction at all company and distributor offices across the country.
