One of the leading players in the Indian tyre industry that had seen a recent management transition desired to assess the competencies of its sales team at all levels measured vis-a-vis competencies required for success.
A Competency Map was developed for each of the 3 roles. 200 members of the Company’s frontline team were assessed on line for various competencies. Recommendations for developmental inputs were proposed to client.
For Sales Leaders in charge of states/ regions and zones, a Development Centre was designed and executed. Coaching/ mentorship support were proposed for a few and training needs for each role were recommended.
All assessments accepted by the client. Development plans being put in place.
